Managing customer service, procurement, inventory planning and operational performance for a high-volume food service branch. Built an inventory tracking and reporting solution by integrating operational data with the hospitality management system API. The system is now used across Northern Ireland stores to improve stock visibility and decision-making.
Developed an Android prototype for industrial vehicle wheel inspection using CNN-based object detection. Engineered OpenCV preprocessing pipelines with Canny edge detection and image normalisation, then optimised TensorFlow Lite models for efficient mobile inference using hyperparameter tuning and post-training quantisation.
Contributed to a low-intrusion energy monitoring project and developed an Android application using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose. Integrated anomaly detection models to identify unusual power consumption patterns and support predictive maintenance.
